We perform complete dental restorations, and is a leader in handling large or complex cases. Using CEREC laboratory, we can create crowns & Bridges  in only one visit, requiring no temporaries. And unlike older methods, CEREC restorations can be used on all teeth, including back biting teeth and molars.

A dental crown restores a tooth’s shape, size, and strength fully encases the visible portion of your tooth or dental implant. Once it is permanently bonded in place, only a Dentist or Specialist can remove it.

Crown is indicating for the following case:

  • Restoring teeth with cavities that are too large for fillings
  • Strengthening weakened teeth
  • Repairing cracked teeth
  • Building up eroded or proportionately small teeth
  • Restoring functionality after root canal therapy
  • Topping dental implants to replace missing teeth
  • Improving the look of severely stained or misshaped teeth

Dental Bridge

When restoring dental arch with one or more missing teeth, an economic and quality solution can be a dental bridge. The bridge comprises of at least 3 dental crowns mutually connected. Both end crowns in the bridge have the role of the bridge abutments and are fixed to prepared natural teeth or to placed dental implants.

Dental Crown & Bridge treatment is arranged in the following steps:

  • Preparation of the teeth
  • Taking the impression ( Digital impression or with silicone)
  • Insertion of the Temporary Crown
  • Construction of the Crown in our  laboratory
  • Insertion of the final Crown
  • Technology used in BDC
  • Medit –i500  Intra Oral Scanner
  • CERAC – CAD/CAM
  • Exocad Digital Software
  • NTI Burs ( Germany)
  • Ultradent Tissus Management (USA)

For most of clinical cases we are using digital impressions with intra oral scanner that are more comfortable for the patient

Nobody likes to have “goop” in their mouth, and digital impressions eliminate that discomfort for the patient.

Usually, it takes one to two weeks for a lab to complete a crown once they receive the impression from the dentist. Thanks to our digital laboratory we can shorten this time frame and control the high quality of our prosthetic work. Using the model-less workflow, with our digital impression, design of your crown by software and production by CAD/CAM, we can have your high quality new crown in a few short days, or even sooner.

Why are CAD/CAM Full Porcelain Crowns Bridges?

Full porcelain crown or metal free crown seems to be the most modern fixed dental restoration work in aesthetic dentistry.

Beauty

With all-porcelain crowns, light travels through them just like a tooth. This gives them a very natural appearance as opposed to the traditional Porcelain crown fuse to metal frame that have a metal substructure that blocks light and creates a dark band of tooth below. All-porcelain crowns will never change color, offering a lifelike appearance for decades to come.

Better fit

Thanks to the digital process with direct scanning of your tooth, design of your crown with software and production with CAD/CAM machine the fit of your All Porcelain crown will be much more precise than previous Porcelain crown with Metal Frame.  No need any more to produce wax, metal casting and all process that was causing dimensional variation and not precise fit of the crown

A better fit of your all porcelain crown will give you:
● less risk of leakage and new cavity starting under the crown
● less risk of gum recession

Functional Benefits

With all Porcelain crown we do a crown preparation that generally conserves 20 to 25 percent of the tooth over traditional crown prep. This is especially important on premolar teeth and teeth that have had root canals. All porcelain crown produce with CAD/CAM machine can be thinner than Porcelain crown with metal frame.

Preservation of tooth structure is the name of the game in dentistry today. We know that most of our patients are routinely living into their 80s/90s and later and they want their teeth to last as long as they do.

Better Biocompatibility

All-porcelain crowns are much less abrasive than Porcelain crown with metal frame  . Therefore, they will not compromise the strength or function of your healthy teeth that are in contact with your crown or bridge during biting.

Easy Maintenance

All-ceramic crowns, unlike crowns with metal, can be x-rayed. This allows us to keep a close eye on any issues that may pop up over the years. Also, most of the margins of all-ceramic crowns are kept at or above the gum line which allows you for easy hygiene maintenance and easy checking at your routine hygiene appointments.
